
Ingredients
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup dry white wine
– 2 tablespoon honey
– 2 lemons quarter squeezed
– 2 oranges quarter and squeezed
– 2 limes
– 2 cloves of garlic chopped
– 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
– 1 teaspoon chopped oregano
– Kosher salt
– 4 Salmon Steaks or 1 Salmon Filet (3 pounds skinned)
Directions
1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the Salmon and whisk until well combined
2. Place salmon in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the salmon
3. Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Turn salmon over and cover and refrigerate for another 1/2 hour.
4. Grill salmon over medium heat for about 15 minutes basting with citrus marinade
** If you are using Salmon Steaks turn the salmon over after 7 minutes and continue to grill until done
** If you are using a salmon filet grill with the skin side down
** This recipe can also be done in the oven at 375 degree for 25 minutes
